Serving Tray II
A stylish serving tray for the nightcap ritual, blending functionality, aesthetics, and practicality.
My goal was to utilise styling cues from my previous Serving Tray project, transferring all my learnings and insights to create a completely new product.
The key to this project involved exploring new design details and adjusting parameters to improve the overall design while retaining a family-style aesthetic.
Features to carry through
A couple of key functional features which were integral to design of the original tray. These features carefully balanced form with function to enhance the feel and improve the overall user experience.
Chamfer Edge & Handle
A unique product identifier which blends style and simplicity with functionality and practicality.
Recessed Base Area
A feature which adds stability and prevents the tray from sticking to flat surfaces.
